Terms of Service

By accessing or using BARGO (the "Service"), operated at nextgenbargo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free and premium users.

BARGO is an online exam preparation platform for the NextGen bar exam (NextGen UBE). The Service provides:

• Study notes and learning materials across 11 legal subjects
• Practice questions with detailed explanations
• Timed practice examinations
• Spaced repetition flashcards
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Weak area identification and targeted practice
• Question bookmarking

These Terms govern the BARGO website (nextgenbargo.com). BARGO also publishes a separate iOS app, which is an independent product with its own access and billing — it is sold as an Apple App Store subscription, not under these website purchase terms. A website purchase does not unlock the app, an app subscription does not unlock the website, and progress is not shared between them.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Each person may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Premium Access

• Full access to every topic and subject
• The full practice-question bank
• Timed practice examinations
• Flashcards, study notes, weak areas practice, and bookmarking
• Full progress tracking and performance analytics

Website premium access is sold as a one-time purchase — a 1-month plan (30 days of access) or a lifetime plan (never expires). There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal charges on the website. (The separate iOS app is sold as an Apple subscription — see section 2.)

• All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes.
• Every purchase is a one-time charge — the 1-month plan grants 30 days of access, the lifetime plan never expires. There are no recurring charges and no auto-renewals.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on premium platform plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• To request a refund, email team@nextgenbargo.com with your account email and reason for the request.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
• The separate BARGO iOS app is billed by Apple through the App Store, not by Dodo Payments. App subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple under your Apple ID; the terms in this section apply to website purchases only.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Service (including questions, answers, study notes, and flashcards)
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on BARGO — including but not limited to practice questions, answer explanations, study notes, flashcards, mock exam content, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of BARGO and is protected by copyright law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.
• This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content.
• Screenshots or excerpts for personal study notes are permitted, but systematic reproduction is prohibited.

• BARGO is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) or any state board of bar examiners. NCBE®, NextGen UBE®, MBE®, and UBE® are trademarks of the National Conference of Bar Examiners; references to the exam describe the examination our materials prepare you for.
• All practice questions, flashcards, practice exams and study notes are original works based on NCBE’s published Content Scope Outline. They are not, and do not contain, real NCBE examination questions.
• BARGO is an educational study tool, not a provider of legal advice or a substitute for formal legal education.
• We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing the bar exam. Exam success depends on many factors beyond our control.
• While we strive to ensure the accuracy and currency of all content, we make no warranties that the materials are error-free or reflect the most recent changes to NCBE’s published content scope.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BARGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from exam results, career decisions made based on our content, or reliance on the accuracy of any material.
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, data loss (beyond what reasonable security measures can prevent), or issues caused by third-party services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data and study progress.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
• Upon termination for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund for any premium access purchased.
• We may discontinue the Service at any time with 30 days' notice to registered users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
