This page explains how we do — and don’t — use artificial intelligence at BARGO. The short version: we use AI to help build and run the website, but our study content is written by our team.
We use AI tools to help build and maintain the website itself — for example writing and reviewing code, improving performance and reliability, drafting marketing copy, and handling routine data and support tasks. Where AI is involved in anything we publish, a person reviews it and is accountable for it.
Our practice questions, explanations and flashcards are written and curated by our team — they are not auto-generated by AI. They are original works based on NCBE’s published Content Scope Outline, and they are not real exam questions.
BARGO is a study aid provided for educational purposes only. Our content may contain errors, does not constitute legal advice, and no exam result is guaranteed. Always check NCBE’s current published content scope and rely on your own judgment.
BARGO is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) or any state board of bar examiners. See our Terms for the full disclaimer.
You may not copy, scrape or use BARGO’s content — including our questions, explanations and flashcards — to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models. This reflects the acceptable-use rules in our Terms of Service.
We may update this policy as our use of AI evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above.
