Refund Policy

14-day money-back on all plans · one payment, no subscriptions

Full refund within 14 days. No questions.

If a BARGO premium plan isn’t working for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the original payment method in full. You don’t need to justify the request. This applies to both the 1-month and lifetime plans.

iOS app subscriptions

The BARGO iOS app is a separate product, billed by Apple through the App Store. Cancellations and refunds for an app subscription are handled by Apple — not by us — through your Apple account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com). This policy covers website purchases charged by Dodo Payments only; a website purchase and an app subscription are independent and do not unlock each other.

1. The window

The 14-day clock starts on the date of the original charge shown by Dodo Payments. A refund request submitted on day 14 still counts — a request submitted on day 15 does not, unless a specific exception applies (see section 4).

2. How to request a refund

Email team@nextgenbargo.com with:

  • The email address on your BARGO account
  • The order ID or approximate purchase date
  • A brief reason (optional — helps us improve, does not affect eligibility)

Most requests are confirmed within one business day.

3. How long it takes

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Cards: typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Wallets: usually within 48 hours
  • Bank transfers: up to 14 business days depending on your bank

4. Beyond the 14-day window

Refunds outside the 14-day window are generally not granted. Exceptions include:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors — always refunded
  • Service outage that materially prevents you from using a paid feature for more than 7 consecutive days — prorated refund at our discretion
  • Fraud / unauthorized payment — reported via team@nextgenbargo.com and handled by Dodo

5. What happens to your account

Once a refund is issued, premium access for the refunded plan is revoked. Your study history, flashcards, and bookmarks remain on the account so you can repurchase later without starting from zero.

6. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks carry fees for both sides and often take 90+ days to resolve — a direct refund is usually completed within two business days.
