If a BARGO premium plan isn’t working for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the original payment method in full. You don’t need to justify the request. This applies to both the 1-month and lifetime plans.
The BARGO iOS app is a separate product, billed by Apple through the App Store. Cancellations and refunds for an app subscription are handled by Apple — not by us — through your Apple account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com). This policy covers website purchases charged by Dodo Payments only; a website purchase and an app subscription are independent and do not unlock each other.
The 14-day clock starts on the date of the original charge shown by Dodo Payments. A refund request submitted on day 14 still counts — a request submitted on day 15 does not, unless a specific exception applies (see section 4).

Once a refund is issued, premium access for the refunded plan is revoked. Your study history, flashcards, and bookmarks remain on the account so you can repurchase later without starting from zero.
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks carry fees for both sides and often take 90+ days to resolve — a direct refund is usually completed within two business days.
