Application deadlines
NCBE does not list filing deadlines for Nevada; the State Bar of Nevada publishes them on its own site.
Nevada replaced its bar exam with the Nevada Comprehensive Licensing Examination (the Nevada Plan) under rules effective January 19, 2026; the traditional exam (six Nevada essays, the MBE and two Nevada performance tests) was last administered in July 2026. The four components are the MPRE, the Foundational Law Exam, the Lawyering Performance Exam (offered in January and June) and a Supervised Practice Program, all completed within a six-year window. Registration is open for the December 2026 Foundational Law Exam and the January 2027 Lawyering Performance Exam. Source (checked September 9, 2026)
Nevada Plan fees for non-attorneys: Foundational Law Exam $150, Lawyering Performance Exam $265, Supervised Practice $350, Character and Fitness application $140.
